Sanford fit

20 episodes

Two kinds of one-minute tool from Sanford fit: guided breathing and quick classroom movement. Each breathing technique gets an animal a child can remember. Bear is for long slow exhales, bumble bee for a hum on the way out, bunny for three quick sniffs when feelings arrive fast, crocodile for belly breathing low and slow. Several of them are also recorded in Spanish for dual-language rooms. The brain-break videos are two or three minutes of follow-along activity to shake out the wiggles. Nothing to prepare; press play mid-morning when the room needs it. Pre-K through grade 5.
