PE with Joe (The Body Coach)

45 episodes

Follow-along workouts led by Joe Wicks, mostly five minutes long and needing no equipment. He demonstrates every move first, keeps a count, and puts a timer on screen so kids know how much is left. The Activate challenges dress the same five minutes up in a theme: safari squats, pumpkin stomps, a mountain climb, a back-to-school shake-out. The longer ones add a trivia round between sets or a spinning wheel that picks what comes next. There are stretchy, slow sessions too, which work as a cool-down or a quiet reset.
