Pinkalicious & Peterrific

Series

Pinkalicious & Peterrific

24 episodes

PBS KIDS episodes built on Victoria Kann's picture-book characters, along with read-alongs and one-minute sing-alongs that put the lyrics on screen. Half-hour episodes pair two stories, among them a face-painting booth, a wildly imaginative "dream salon," a cupcake machine that goes gloriously wrong, and Peter practicing until a magic trick finally works. Nearly all of them turn on making something or working out a feeling. Several come in American Sign Language versions with a signer on screen. Pre-K through grade 2: use one as an art-project lead-in, or a sing-along as a sixty-second reset.
