Summary
Set in 1868 Vienna, this film follows Johann Strauss Jr., the toast of the city's ballrooms, who feels the constant pressure to outdo himself with every new waltz. As he searches for fresh inspiration, we hear how a dance rhythm in three-quarter time swept a whole city off its feet. Features The Blue Danube, the Emperor Waltz, and Tales from the Vienna Woods.
