Summary

Franklin is new in town and eager to make friends, but the tried-and-true tricks that always worked before fall flat with the Peanuts gang. When the Soap Box Derby rolls into town, he teams up with the only other kid without a partner — Charlie Brown — and the two learn that real friendship takes patience, honesty, and a little repair when feelings get hurt. A heartfelt special about being the new kid and building a friendship.
