Summary

What’s the measure of having healthy self-esteem? It’s when you like, respect, and believe in yourself. And while it doesn’t mean you’ll be a success in everything you try, it will make you willing to try new things, and be able to bounce back when you fall short. Both are key to living a full life! Of course, no one feels 100% all of the time. So when you sense your self-esteem flagging, try surrounding yourself with people who buoy you up, visualize your goals, and make sure to speak kindly to yourself. Having a growth mindset means knowing you can always improve. And with practice, your inner voice can become your biggest booster!
