Summary
Trash is one of the biggest problems for our planet. Recycling turns what could be trash into something new and useful instead! Put your recycling in the correct bin, and it’ll be sent off for processing. Each different type of material goes through a different process—that’s why sorting is so important. Paper, aluminum, and glass usually can be recycled. Some plastics are recyclable, too. But others are difficult or impossible to recycle. Press “play” to learn about how to properly recycle, and when you can reduce or reuse instead.
