Discussion questions

Say thank you

  1. What good thing did you notice during the session that you might usually walk right past?
  2. How does it feel in your body when you think about something you're grateful for?
  3. Who is someone you could actually say thank you to today?

Quick work-a-long

Three good things: Words to know -- *gratitude, notice, thankful.* Name three things you're grateful for right now -- one person, one place, and one small thing. Say a quiet thank you for each.
