Try This!

6 episodes

A set of six National Geographic Kids demo shorts, each about a minute or two, showing a trick built from everyday materials. A card holds water in an upside-down glass because air pushes up harder than the water pushes down. A peeled egg slides into a bottle. Hydrogen peroxide plus a catalyst erupts as a foaming column of elephant toothpaste. Markers on a spinning platform draw looping spirograph patterns, and careful camera angles make a small object look enormous. Most are quick enough to show twice, once to watch and once to ask what force is doing the work.
