PE with Coach Smith

170 episodes

Follow-along movement videos from an elementary PE teacher, built to play on the screen while the whole class moves with it. Three kinds turn up. Locomotor warm-ups call out how to travel across the room and the students watch and go. "This or that" energizers make kids choose and move, themed to holidays, the 100th day, or whatever they are into that year. Yoga and balance cool-downs run five to eight minutes and bring the room back down. No equipment and no gym required, which makes it as useful to a classroom teacher between blocks as to a PE specialist building stations.
