Khan Academy Kids
183 episodes
Two quite different things share this shelf. One is a set of read-alouds. These are original picture books such as A Helping Hand and Abuela Chela Quits, around four minutes each, meant to be heard together and then talked about. The other is a long run of very short math clips, most well under a minute: adding with objects, adding with ten frames, adding three numbers, two-digit addition with base ten blocks, adding and subtracting by ten. Those clips are almost too brief to be a whole activity, which is what makes them handy as a quick model right before the manipulatives come out.
