Indigenous Art Adventures

Indigenous Art Adventures with Lance Cardinal is a free craft show for elementary classrooms, hosted by a two-spirit visual artist of the Bigstone Cree Nation. In warm, Mr. Dressup-style tutorials, Lance leads kids step by step through make-alongs built from everyday materials: dream catchers, moccasin keepsakes, star-blanket sun catchers, moose and tipi projects, and seasonal decorations. Every episode teaches a Cree word and shares the teachings behind the art, so the making arrives with genuine cultural context. The catalog spans his original Family Art Adventures broadcasts, the numbered web series, and a grade-tied School Series with projects sorted by band. Award-winning, gentle, and ready to press play on.
