Green Bean's Music

11 episodes

Bright, animated music explainers for the elementary classroom, hosted by a cheerful green bean. This collection is the series' theory and notation core: catchy videos that name the seven elements of music, walk through musical form (AB, ABA, and rondo), and teach kids to read the page. Separate shorts cover note and rest values, the treble and bass clef staffs, time signatures, accidentals, the British note names, and dynamics from pianissimo to fortissimo. Each video leads on screen with clear captions and examples, so a class can name a symbol, say what it means, and use the vocabulary in the music activities that follow. Aimed at grades 2 through 6.
