GoNoodle

456 episodes

GoNoodle exists for the minutes between lessons. Three kinds of video sit side by side here: movement tracks that get everyone standing and shaking it out, guided calming exercises such as balanced breathing and animal breath for settling a room after recess or before a test, and songs that teach the alphabet, the vowels, or an address line-up while the class moves. A social-emotional strand covers naming feelings and standing up to bullies. Most run one to four minutes, a number have Spanish versions, and some are signed in ASL. Cue one when the room has run out of attention.
